Kuik Shiao-yin Kuik

Shiao-yin works as a cultural change strategist.

She helps organisations develop a more empathetic, empowering approach to working on the changes they long to see in their systems. She trains and coaches people in the cognitive and social-emotional skills they need to manage and lead collaboratively through uncertain times and complex problems.

Ng Xin Yi

Research has been an important tool for Xin Yi to understand the “why” of design – the needs, motivations, and aspirations of people. She finds that it is through understanding the deep “why” of people that enables change to happen, and believes design creates the most impact when it is supported by the development of organisations.
