Join an afternoon of talks and workshops to inspire new thinking about how banks can approach inclusive design for the ageing. Whether or not you’re working in the financial industry, familiar with the topic of ageing, or just interested in learning how businesses can adapt to the reality of a rapidly ageing society – this is a chance to contribute your perspective to help DBS create meaningful and inclusive experiences.

The session kicks off with a live podcast broadcast from DBS Sparks Studio, featuring speakers from DBS and special guests from beyond the bank. Take in cross-cultural perspectives on the topic of banking for seniors whilst exchanging reflections over light nibbles at a watch party.

Next, break out into an interactive in-person workshop hosted by the DBS Group Design Research & Insights team. It’s a chance to challenge assumptions and co-create with seniors on solutions to address their banking and financial needs around three key shifts: the way their families and mindsets are modernising, their evolving financial expectations, and their relationship with technology.
