The IBM Xperience +ransformation is an event created by IBM iX Experience Design Mobile & Metaverse Practice. The event is intended to unpack various topics related to design, technology and business transformation, together with clients and partners.
According to the IBM Institute of Business Value study “Seven Bets of 2023”, organisations must invest in design leadership to change every aspect of the enterprise. The best experiences create passionate customers… for a minute.
A great experience is the ultimate change management tool, helping employees improve productivity and speed adoption of new ways of working. Leaders in outperforming companies wake up obsessed with customer experience and how they should extend that to every touch point and every role in the enterprise. A few key factors are defining how to create teams that consistently deliver delightful client experiences.
In this session at Singapore Design Week, IBM iX and clients will be discussing the topic of Enterprise Experience: How can design play at the enterprise level to create differentiation through experience strategy?
