ABOUT

The fourth edition of EMERGE @ FIND features an increased number of designers, showcasing works by over 70 designers from across Asia. Alongside designers from Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam, this is the first edition of EMERGE @ FIND to feature designers from China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan.

This year’s theme, “Dialogue Through Design”, approaches design as more than an aesthetic pursuit – but rather as a language, a tool for storytelling, and a way to navigate complexity. “Dialogue through Design” explores how design acts as a bridge between disciplines, cultures, and pressing global issues. By framing design as an active conversation, the showcase seeks to present works that provoke thought, foster connections, and expand the possibilities of what design can do.

The showcase is structured around two sections, Design Object and Design Social, which explore how design both shapes and is shaped by the world around us. The programme lineup includes a panel discussion and talks hosted by the curatorial theme.
