ABOUT
Through a combination of open sharing and participatory discussion with the audience, this event will help the audience:
- Learn about creating team rituals that help future proof your organization
- Create a culture of safety, experimentation and fun through new perspectives on internal challenges and opportunities
- Take away actionable tips to create new dynamics, tools and processes to empower teams
Helmed by design leaders and practitioners in the field of human-centric design and design for inclusion, the program comprises the following two key segments:
1. Understanding organizational and team dynamics that jeopardize innovation
2. Acting on insight to design effective team rituals
3. Creating safety to help teams identify and solve challenges
