ABOUT
“Make me a perfect birthday for my princess!”
And so the magic delivered.
Castle. Trumpets. A banner along the hall.
Grand, yet wrong for the child who hates pink, sneezes at glitter, and prefers a cap to a crown.
Be Careful What You Prompt For explores how vague asks lead to misshapen outcomes. When one works with teams or tools, they must visualise before verbalising, so the vision can take shape as intended.
The miss lies in what was unsaid. No what, no where, no when. No must haves, no won’t haves. and no measure of what good looks like. To avoid pitfalls, questions must be asked to align intent, define scope, and agree on the definition of done.
Every journey has hurdles. Mixed signals, groupthink, and status dynamics are pitfalls one must learn to avoid and recover from.
When one is running in circles, lateral thinking can break the loop. Clear mental pictures set direction, marking what can and cannot be done.
Enter, and see how a castle in the air finds its footing with a little bit of magic we call Asking Well.
