Using the Humanity-Centred Design (HCD+) Innovation Framework and HCD+ Playbook developed by Singapore Polytechnic’s User Experience Centre (UXC) and endorsed by Don Norman, participants will co-create future-ready solutions aligned with their personal and professional goals.
