ABOUT
Southeast Asia is a cultural mosaic. Similarly in Singapore, designing experiences here goes beyond multi-language interfaces; it’s about understanding diverse mindsets, from the sachet mentality –favouring small, low-commitment purchases — to community-driven behaviours that shape decisions.
This workshop unpacks how design can balance hyper-local relevance with scalable solutions, the importance of integrating cultural contexts into digital design, through recognising exclusions, building persona spectrums, and developing inclusive and innovative solutions through the use of the Inclusive Design Mindset Workbook.
